Returns/Exchanges:

14 DAYS HASSLE-FREE RETURN

 

Overstock Sheet Club customers who are not completely satisfied with their purchases can return their UNOPENED AND UNUSED SHEETS up to 14 days from receiving their original shipment for a refund minus the Bed Sheet Club's original shipping cost. We cannot accept returns/exchange of merchandise that are used, laundered, soiled or packages which are not in original factory packaging. If there is an issue with our product, we ask that you give us the opportunity to make things right.  We strive for 100% customer satisfaction.

To begin this process, please submit a support ticket using the green button at the bottom left of our website.  Or email us at support@thebedsheetclub.com.  Please note, customers are responsible for return shipping.  

The Bed Sheet Club appreciates the opportunity to make things right for our customers.  We stand behind our product and with proof of purchase have a 1 year warranty against manufacturer defects in the fabric, finish and workmanship (this does not include stains from regular use). Please send a photo of the affected area and description to support@thebedsheetclub.com.  We will gladly ship out the replacement piece at our cost in the event of a confirmed defect.

Lost Packages

We ship all packages either via UPS or USPS.  You will be emailed tracking number to your for your package once your shipping label is printed by our facility.  If you do not receive one, please email us at support@thebedsheetclub.com and we will send it to you.  

Please understand we trust our carriers with our daily shipments and leave your package securely in their hands.  We appreciate the opportunity to correct any mistake that happens in the delivery process.


If the tracking page shows “delivered” yet you believe that the package was not received, please file a claim with UPS here:  https://wwwapps.ups.com/webClaims/create.  Afterwards, please contact us about the incident, and we will file a claim too.
